new york, new york

We flew up to New York last Saturday to vacation for the week and visit with Matt's sister and her family. We have had a great week, and Jonah has done amazingly well. I'm about to go to bed, and will have lots of fun pictures in the next few days (or maybe after Jogging for Jonah is over next Saturday?). We did the Bronx Zoo on Sunday, the Intrepid, Ellen's Stardust Diner, and Toys R Us on Monday, Matt went with his dad and brother-in-law to the Yankees game on Monday night, we went to the Norwalk Aquarium on Tuesday, had a hang-around-the-house day on Wednesday, Matt and I did Wicked and dinner on Thursday, and today we went to DebRA, to Bryant Park, and to FAO Schwarz.

Tons of fun, but we are worn out. (This was on the train on the way back to Kim's from the city this afternoon.)

We'll be heading home tomorrow afternoon. Jonah will be sad to leave but loved the plane trip up here, so I'm hoping he'll be just as excited about the airport and flying tomorrow.

So very thankful for some time away and for time with family. God is good.
