valentine's day

We had a really nice day today. I got Jonah up and after breakfast, we made cookies for Daddy. (And by "made cookies," I mean we got our fundraiser chocolate chip cookie dough out of the fridge, cut it into Valentine's shapes, put some sprinkles on top, and baked them.) Then we took a small gift, a Diet Dr. Pepper in a glass bottle, and the cookies and surprised Daddy at work. And then he surprised us with letting us kidnap him for an early lunch and brought me flowers after work. Simple. Sweet. Perfect.
