OK...I thought this mornings post couldn't be beat...with the adorable close ups of his beautiful face...but to see Jonah "live" was great! So many people love your family! He looks great! Keeping you close in thoughts and prayers...
Patrice and Matt the pictures you have posted today are so cute. I am good friends with Rita Bottoms and Jonah has been part of our families daily prayers. I am so happy that Jonah is doing so good. It is such a joy to know that God answers prayers.

What type of clothing are you using on Jonah? Style I mean? It appears to be scrub tops or maybe those little hospital tops with the ties? How bout bottoms? Elastic or no? I know he can't have zippers/snaps/buttons correct?
What size? Do you go a bit bigger to make it easier to slide on?
One more question from this nosey momma :0) How bout hats? Yarn/Fleece? Soft enough or no hats at all?
I love how he vocalizes with the raspberries...and look at him grabbing that lobster! He is adorable...good thing we can't smell him over the internet!!!

PS....in your next Spanish lesson can you tell us how to pronounce mi flauta (flute?) It's in my daughters Dora book that we read all the time and that word drives me crazy. I have no idea if I am saying it right.

What a great video! My little girl, who is about the same age as Jonah, just started blowing bubbles with her mouth too... it's just too precious! I love all of the "firsts"! He did great holding on to that lobster! Harper also has a lobster that she's obsessed with... they really could be a match made in Heaven! :)

I have a 16 month old son who sounds exactly like Jonah when he breathes. It's gotten better as he's gotten older, now only popping up when he's really upset/tired. Do you find there are points through the day where it's better or worse? BTW, cutest video!!! He's such a little cutie!
I have a video absolutely identical to this on my blog.. well minus the poop!! :) expect him to do this for a very very long time. Mine started around that age and a 8 months old it is still his FAVORITE thing to do! :) Man that kid is cute...
Thanks for posting this. As Jonah's speech pathologist, I've been wondering how his sounds were coming along. I heard lots of good ones today. I heard /m/ and /w/ which is perfect. Lots of vowels, a few of which were connected to the consonants. Raspberries are right on time too. He's so happy. Whatever physical challenges he has and however stressed you guys feel at times, you're raising a happy child. this is going to be so normal for him. Just being loved....

Mmm. Alimentum poop. I'll sleep well thinking of that smell. Just the thought of it is making my stomach turn.
Oh, that makes me just want to reach in and hug him (very gently, of course!!) What a sweet face! Hopefully the poopy wasn't too explosive!
