the j team never says die

Some of our best friends, Shawn and Jen, and their beautiful sons, Jude and Cohen, moved to Texas yesterday. I still can't believe they're gone. Shawn got an amazing God-sent job opportunity and they knew they were supposed to go. So I am so happy for them.

But man, I'm going to miss them so much.

Shawn and Jen, Thank you for always being there for us, through all the good and bad. You are both amazing. I pray for peace, unity, and a beautiful amazing adventure. I know God is holding all of you in his hands. I can't wait to see what he has in store.

We love you so much.

And I know Texas is pretty cool and all but just you remember who gave you chicken stew, Texas Pete, Krispy Kreme and Moravian cookies. You'll be back. Oh yes. You'll be back.

I'm seeing a Jonah road-trip in your future. Especially now! The J team could have a reunion, and think of all your adoring TX fans that you could meet!

We're just north of Dallas. Hope your friends got here safely and that they settle in quickly!

Love,
Laura

We live in Texas, near Del Rio. Texas is a great place, but I am sorry that your friends had to move away from you...I know that is hard! Where in Texas did they move?

Hi Patrice! I followed your blog in the past but I have now moved back to Mexico and haven't had much internet and lost you for awhile. I just wanted you to know that you continue to be a part of our families daily prayers. Our 7 year old daughter prays for Jonah at least 3 times a day. (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Sometimes more. I am so happy to see that Jonah is doing well! You all look so happy. Love your blog! In Christ! Missy Wood
