cooped up...

Cooped up in the house with this guy...

... and there's no where else I'd rather be.

(But seriously, if it rains one more day, I'm gonna go nuts. Tomorrow, we're bustin' outta here.)

I hope you guys get a beautiful day tomorrow. I was just talking to my mom and she said they'd had 4 inches of rain. You should go for a walk if nothing else works out. It makes for happier baby and then a happier momma. At least that was my experience.

O.K. so I've only commented on your blog a couple of times before but I read it religiously. I just had something funny/sweet to share with you. I was telling my husband about Stellan coming home from the hospital last night and my 6 yr. old son overheard me and said "Who are you talking about Mama?" I said " a little boy named Stellan" and he said " Oh I thought maybe you were talking about Jonah." I just thought that was sweet because it's been a pretty good while ago that I showed him some pics of Jonah and we prayed together for him. I still pray for him by the way but I just haven't mentioned his name in a while to my son. Anyway he is just adorable and I can't believe how much he is growing. I have also been following Tripp's blog and have fallen in love with him too. Weren't you just so happy for Stellan and his miraculous outcome. I was in tears for days about that. I just kept singing "What a Mighty God we Serve". I believe your little Jonah will have a miraculous outcome one day too. We all know God has his own timing.

Still praying in Covington,Ga.

I hadn't stopped by in a while. Your little man gets cuter every time I see a picture of him. Hopefully the rain is outta here, and our weather will be great on Saturday. Enjoy it. You so deserve more sunshine in your life!

Hopefully you'll all get out tomorrow, since your hubby will be home :) I always find it sooo much easier to go places when my husband is around. It's so lonely when they are at work! :)

Likin' the hair-do for Jonah! Super cute! My little guy needs to get some hair so I can do spikey-do too!

Bust out and go to Target! Target always makes me feel better...probably because there is a Starbucks in our Target and that's just extra incentive for me :)

Jonah is so good looking. Adorable. Praying you are able to get out tomorrow.

How is your weather? We're supposed to have snow tonight and it is just way too early for this kind of weather.

Keeping you in our prayers as always.

Those eyes are precious--if you would like to bust out all the way to Durham/Chapel Hill (haha) I would meet you at our TARGET!!!

Glad to hear that Tripp is doing much, much better.
Will keep the prayer line open & always, always including Jonah & family.

Hello there! Look who is learning something new! And it is just for YOU, don't you feel special! I hope I can figure out what I am doing and did not just create a monster! I thought you would find my "new" address "fitting". I mostly just wanted to say that I am praying for Tripp and hope he is improving. I am also hoping you got a chance to get out. I well remember the cooped up days. In the summer of 2008 my youngest (then 5) ended up with pnuemonia and we spent THREE solid weeks at home (with trips to the doctor, the pharmacy and the x-ray lab as "diversions"). So, I know how you feel for sure. Hang in there. I think sunny skies are ahead!

Jonah, Honey I just want to kiss that face off. I wish I lived closer so we could watch Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving and Christmas together so mom and dad could get out and go to Target and out to eat and enjoy time together, while we laugh at Charlie Brown.
I pray that the whole family can get out of the house and enjoy the beautiful leaves and cooler weather,y'all so need the refreshing outdoors.
Have a wonderful weekend and we are praying for your buddy Tripp!!

Love,
Stacey

I have been following your blog for a few months now and decided it was time for me to comment. I am absolutely in love with your little Jonah. I have a little boy that was born 3 days before Jonah. I think they would be great friends. We live in Western NC, so pretty close to you. I want you to know I think you are doing a marvelous job with Jonah and praise you for the trials you have endured. Jonah is lucky to have a mom like you. Whenever I look at Jonah, he makes me smile - he is such a handsome little guy and I love his blue eyes!!! I pray for Jonah's healing daily. Keep up the good work!
