happy birthday to sarah

Happy 22nd Birthday, Sarah!
We LOVED spending the day with you!
***********************************************************************
And more to come later (when we're not so worn out), but for now....
Jonah and the 1,258 pound pumpkin.

(He was very tired by this point. Please excuse the crazy eyes.)

Aw...we currently live in Virginia but used to live in the same area of NC as you guys do and everytime you talk about going to places around that area I get so homesick. Especially the fair! I'm so jealous and wish we could have went today! Hope little Jonah's foot starts to heal!

I wouldn't have interpretted them as crazy eyes. I thought they were "Dude! That's a huge pumpkin!" eyes. :)

"Daddy, Please don't feed me to the pumpkin...I promise I will be good and sleep for Mommy and start eating and quit gushing!" He looks adorable! Hope you all had a great day at the fair.

I was thinking of you earlier today and felt led to share a couple of Bible verses. I am sorry, I don't know the references off hand but they probably wouldn't be too hard to find with a concordance.
One is that God says to "call things that be not as thought they were" for example let the poor say they are rich, let the weak say he is strong. So I am calling baby Jonah "the healed" in Jesus name. God is soooo good and I am so excited to witness and to be a part of praying for Jonah's miracle!
The other Bible verse is a great one, it's "Focus not on things that are seen, but on things that are unseen (the promises of God) for things that are seen are temporal but things that are unseen are eternal. (I added the words in parenthesis.) :)
Anyway, just wanted to share those with you and for you to know that there are unseen prayer warriors out there for you! Keep you chin up. Keep your eyes on God and how big and mighty He is! He's on your side!

Hello Williams Family. Don't you love the Dixie Classic Fair? We actually saw you guys there yesterday and you all look great. Jonah is absolutely adorable and looks amazing. We didn't want to interrupt your fun times, but we were actually sitting with our family at a picnic table right next to you. My wife, Amy, grew up in Clemmons, went to West Forsyth and has never missed a Dixie Classic Fair...30 years and counting now!. Our son Peyton is following in her footsteps and has been to 3 fairs (1 in utero, 2 in person--he is 16 months old). He enjoyed his first Turkey Leg yesterday...one of Daddy's favorites. We just wanted to say hi and say how great you all looked.
