I'm too tired to post tonight, but just wanted to give you an update on the foot blister. Although it has completely drained, I'm afraid the skin has sloughed off, as I saw lots of blood through his bandages on that foot as I just put him in bed. He's had a rough go of it tonight, and I'm pretty sure that foot is in bad shape. I'm dreading tomorrow's dressing change already, knowing that half his foot is most likely completely raw. Most of the time I'm pretty tough when it comes to blisters - I'm pretty used to them by now - but large areas of extremely raw skin almost make me sick to my stomach... just knowing the pain it's causing him. It reminds me of how he was in the hospital...
Please pray again for Jonah's right foot. I'm really worried.

Father, we humbly ask you for healing for Jonah. Your word says if we have faith the size of a mustard seed we can move mountains. Lord as you know, Jonah's health is a mountain that needs moving and I believe with all of my heart Lord that you will bring this child, this life you created, peace, joy and pain-free living! I love you Lord and thank you for Matt and Patrice as Jonah's parents. Bless them oh Lord. I love you and praise you for all things, for all people b/c everyone is created by you and in your image.

Usually only read and don't comment, but I am praying for you and Jonah.
Heavenly Father, we ask for protection and healing for sweet Jonah. May his little foot heal and may he have relief from any pain he may be experiencing. We specifically ask for protection from infection, and healing of skin on Jonah's right foot.
Whisper your love to him, hold him while Patrice and Matt are resting. Give them rest, and confidence in Your promises.
By Your wounds, we are healed. Thank You Jesus, for Your abundant love. Thank You for Jonah, Patrice and Matt...for how You display Yourself, Your power through their lives broken and humble before You...it is shining for us to see!
