I love the new blog look! It's beautiful! And your boys in blue are just precious! I haven't commented a lot but I'm praying for you guys. I'm sure this is extremely difficult for you to see your precious gift from God in such pain! I'm praying every day that he won't be in pain! My heart just hurts for him, but I know that God can use your awesome doctors to bring him healing!

I don't know if we are able to ask questions or not...however, I don't understand how his face has healed so well yet the rest of his body has not. I am hoping the rest of his body will begin to heal.

I think tomorrow is a big day for you and your family. I will be thinking of each of you.

Continue to have these great moments.

Loving the blue. I can't believe Matt let you wrap him in Carolina colors, though.

Make sure you're whispering all kinds of good stuff about his Aunt Amy in Jonah's ear. It's been too long since I've spent some time with the little guy.

Matt and Patrice,

My wife and I (Ben and Dana Saunders) met you guys at Brenner the last weekend of February. Our son Garrett was admitted Saturday the 28th. I don't know if you all remember us or not, if not that's ok. Garrett was sent home a week later, on Sunday. I just wanted you guys to know that my 2 1/2 yr. old daughter (as well as Dana and myself) pray for Jonah every night before she goes to bed. I'm SUPER exited to hear about his progress! We'll continue to lift your family up. God bless you guys.

I truly do as a sister in Christ love Jonah ,you and matt. My husband and I are petitioning our Lord Jesus for baby jonah. WE BELIEVE that God is soooo much bigger than any diagnosis and in his first few weeks of life Jonah has done more for The Kingdom than most do in a life time. I pray that you will soon be able to rock him in baby blue in the comfort of your own home. All our love in the Name above all names Jesus

Looking at the pictures of Jonah brought this song to mind.

Close your eyes,
Have no fear,
The monsters gone,
He's on the run and your daddy's here,

Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,

Before you go to sleep,
Say a little prayer,
Every day in every way,
It's getting better and better,

Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,

Out on the ocean sailing away,
I can hardly wait,
To see you to come of age,
But I guess we'll both,
Just have to be patient,
Yes it's a long way to go,
But in the meantime,

Before you cross the street,
Take my hand,
Life is just what happens to you,
While your busy making other plans,

Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,
Darling,
Darling,
Darling Sean (Johan).

Many blessings,
~Ashley
