Just wanted to say thanks for all the awesome recipes! I look forward to trying them. Check out Mindy's recipe site for some tried and true, tasty recipes. Neat idea. Thanks, Mindy! I'll try to post my lasagna recipe that Leigh requested soon. It is Jeannie Moore's, and it is SUPER tasty...one of Matt's favorites, and he's not even a huge Italian fan.
