I don't post often to you but I read your blog every day. I was just curious though....is there a huge risk of infection with him playing in sand? Do you have to do another dressing when you get inside? I just love Jonah. He is quite simply adorable. I could eat up every bit of him. And by the way, my 2+ year old hated the sand at the beach last week. ~Cheryl
